Montpellier star Mapou Yanga-Mbiwa insists that he does not consider the trip to the Emirates as a trial to earn a move to the Gunners.
The 23-year-old was a target for the north Londoners in the summer as they signed Olivier Giroud from the French champions.
He said: “Is my future in the Premier League? Now my head is exclusively focussed in Montpellier.
“I am happy in this club but I am young and it is never impossible to reject a progression in this sport.
“I do not consider this match at the Emirates as a chance to demonstrate my level.”
