Transfer news: Massimo Luongo has joined Ipswich Town on loan
Tottenham youngster Massimo Luongo has joined Ipswich on a season-long loan deal.
The 19-year-old midfielder joined Spurs in January 2011 and made his debut against Stoke in the Carling Cup last season but has been loaned out to gain some experience.
“Joining Ipswich on loan is a great opportunity for me and I’m really looking forward to challenging for a first-team place here,” Luongo told the club’s official website.
