TEENAGE joyriders miraculously escaped from this wrecked Ferrari with just cuts and bruises after crashing into a lamp-post at high speed.
The £121,000 car was spotted in Archway Road heading for Archway roundabout shortly after it was reported stolen from an address in Highgate West Hill, Highgate Village.
The car crashed outside the Highgate Mental Health unit in Dartmouth Park Hill, Archway.
Eyewitness Richard Clark said: "I was just walking my dog when the Ferrari went flying past me at about 100 miles per hour and about five seconds later a police car went past. When I got to the end of the road I saw the dust settling and the car had crashed into a lamp-post."
A Camden police spokesman said: "The vehicle was circulated as stolen and seen on the Southbound Carriageway of the A1. The driver of the stolen vehicle failed to stop for police before crashing into a lamp-post. Both the driver and the passenger then fled the crash scene."
Two male youths, aged 16 and 15, appeared at Thames Youth Court charged with burglary and aggravated vehicle taking.
