Two Islington men have been charged in connection with moped-related robbery and theft.

Jack Ryan, 24 of Northchurch Road and Terry Ingles, 25 of Arran Walk, were charged with one count of robbery, one count of attempted robbery and two counts of theft.

They went before magistrates at Highbury Corner on Wednesday morning and will next appear in custody at Blackfriars Crown Court on Thursday, July 3.

They were arrested following a pro-active operation by the Met’s London Crime Squad, part of the Trident and Area Crime Command.
