An Islington cab driver has been voted the best in London for the second month in a row.

Aaron Fenton O’Loughlim, who drives a minicab for Compass Despatch, in Penn Street, scooped the £200 prize for both June and July.

Mr O’Loughlim was voted top of the taxi pile by users of Kabbee, an app that compares and books minicabs services.

He said: “I know how important it is to get positive feedback from my passengers, and I enjoy providing a good service, so it is nice to be recognised for my work. The programme is very motivating for minicab drivers, and hopefully I’ll win the third time round too.”
