A live music bar where Brit Award Winners Rudimental performed is looking for new leaseholders

The Silver bullet, in Station Place, Finsbury Park, where John Newman, The Maccabees and The Mad Professor also graced the stage, is expected to fetch more than £30,000 a year in rent

The 200-capacity venue, which has a license until 4am, turned over around £500,000 last year.

As well as a ground floor flat, the lease includes a four bedroom flat on the first floor.
