A teenage pedestrian is out of a life threatening condition following a collision with a motorbike in Islington this morning.

The incident happened at around 8.50am in Pentonville Road, near the junction with Penton Street, and involved an orange KTM motorbike.

The 18-year-old girl was taken to the Royal London Hospital with head injuries originally thought to be life threatening, but she is now in a stable condition and is expected to make a full recovery.
