A man who died three days after being assaulted in Holloway has been named.
Matthew Fallon, 45, of Garwood Close, Tottenham, was found unconscious in Isledon Road at around 7.50pm on Tuesday.
He had sustained a head injury, believed to be from an assault, and was taken to the Royal London Hospital where he died on Thursday.
A post-mortem gave the cause of death as bleeding on the brain.
Police are treating the death as murder and an incident room has opened under Det Ch Insp Neil Attewell from the Homicide and Serious Crime Command (HSCC).
A 35-year-old man arrested in connection with the incident on Thursday morning was later further arrested on suspicion of murder. He remains in custody.
