Birds of a Feather TV star Linda Robson helped to open a new florist shop.

Sadie Rose in Charlton Place, Islington, had its grand unveiling on Sunday, June 24.

Shop owner Sadie McMahon is close family friends with Mrs Robson as she dates the TV star’s nephew.

She said: “It has been my real ambition to one day have my own shop, and now my dream really has come true.”

Having previously studied and tutored in floristry, she has also managed shops in the City of London and worked at Selfridges.
