A woman who died after falling from a third floor balcony has been named by police.
Alison French, 39, died from severe head injuries after plunging from Bushfield House, in the Highbury Estate, Highbury, just after midnight on Wednesday.
Ambulance crews treated her but she was pronounced dead at the scene.
The homicide and serious crime command is investigating and a 38-year-old man was arrested in connection with the incident, but has been bailed pending further enquiries.
Her death is currently being treated as unexplained - a post-mortem examination gave cause of death as severe head injuries consistent with a fall.
