IAAF World Championships exclusive hospitality is celebrating 60 years of sporting moments.

To celebrate the biggest sporting event in the world in 2017 coming to the capital for the first time ever this summer, the championships exclusive hospitality are looking back at the last 60 years of historic sporting moments in Britain.

Whether it’s Boris Becker’s Wimbledon win at just 17, or the moment when the joint winners of the first London Marathon joined hands as they crossed the finish line, each landmark identified by them is a moment that really

meant something to the spectators who were there.

Each of these memories have been brought back to life in time for the IAAF World Championships London 2017 in an illustrated timeline.

Each milestone highlights the most important sporting landmarks you wish you’d been there for, with the whole timeline reflecting the rich and varied history of British sporting events.

IAAF World Championships exclusive hospitality are now giving fans and companies the opportunity to be at the London Stadium for what is expected to be another defining British sporting event, and through facts and images they hope to bring a sense of how monumental the IAAF World Championships will be.
