A new branch of a popular coffee chain has opened its doors to customers in Islington.
Esquires Coffee has opened a new store at 319 Essex Road, on the corner of Church Street.
The coffee chain was founded in 1993 and has now has over 60 cafes across the UK and Ireland.
The cafe promises to provide “a great range of fairtrade and organic coffee and loose-leaf teas” as well as “a wide-ranging and delicious brunch menu”.
Ravi Gill, owner of Esquires Coffee Islington, said: “Our shop is much more than a coffee house, it’s a cool and relaxed environment, making it the perfect location to relax, catch up with friends or work, with the added benefit of delicious food and, of course, great coffee! We can’t wait to welcome our local community in!”
The new store will be officially opened on Tuesday (December 6) by Islington mayor Cllr Marian Spall.
