Benedict Cumberbatch will once again be solving crimes when he performs in a one night only spoof Whodunnit.

This time, the Sherlock star plays an inspector in the unrehearsed murder mystery at Park Theatre, which sees celebrities fed the lines of the unseen script through an ear piece.

Directed and co-written by the Finsbury Park venue's artistic director Jez Bond, the third instalment of the fundraising comedy is set on a train and involves diamonds, mayhem, and a sky high body count.Islington Gazette: The Hampstead actor appears at Park Theatre in Finsbury Park as an inspector in a fundraising murder mystery The Hampstead actor appears at Park Theatre in Finsbury Park as an inspector in a fundraising murder mystery
