A spokesman for the event said: "After January’s packed-out launch night, audiences can once again expect top-tier stand-up, a buzzing midweek atmosphere and an electric crowd in the heart of Islington."
Known for his "razor-sharp crowd work, old-school charisma and brilliantly unpredictable sets," Mr Innocent will be joined by comedians Valeria Vulpe, Tevin Everett and Ayo Adenekan, with further special guests still to be announced.
The night is presented by Collywobblers Comedy in partnership with The Old Queens Head.
The Old Queens Comedy Corner aims to bring "high-profile headliners" and emerging talent to the stage in a lively, intimate setting.
