Arsenal plan victory parade in event of FA Cup win against Hull

A three-hour victory parade through the borough’s streets will be held on Sunday – should Arsenal triumph in the FA Cup final.
Hundreds of thousands of jubilant gunners will be expected to attend the potential reception, that would see players travel from the Emirates Stadium to the town hall in Upper Street and back, in two open top buses.
Road closures and parking restrictions will be in place on the route of the parade from 9am to 3pm and Islington Council have warned those planning to use public transport to expect disruption if Arsenal manage to end their nine-year trophy drought with victory over Hull City on Saturday.
Holloway Road station will also be closed between 2pm and 4pm.
Other advice for the parade includes not bringing glass bottles, alcohol, small children or buggies and prams.
The reception is expected to start at 11am and finish at 2pm, with the bus travelling along Drayton Park, Martineau Road, Aubert Park, Highbury Park, Highbury Grove, St Paul’s Road and Upper Street.
The parade would conclude with a team appearance on the Emirates podium.
