Shakhtar Donetsk midfielder Willian is on Gunners’ radar
While Brazilian midfielder Denilson looks set to be the first player to leave Arsenal this summer, Arsene Wenger is already looking at a potential replacement.
The Gunners boss is lining up a bid for Shakhtar Donetsk’s Willian, a Brazilian who caught his eye during the Ukrainian side’s two Champions League games against the Gunners last season.
An attacking midfielder, he has been with Shakhtar since 2007 but has only one year left on his contract and could be available for as little as 5m this summer.
Wenger is likely to need a replacement for Denilson, who is a 7.5m target for Spanish side Sevilla.
