My name is Malcolm Gordon Jeffers/Kirkham. I live on the Isle of Wight and have been searching for family members for over five years.
Although I have found my mother’s side of the family tree, I have yet to find my father’s side! I lived at 12 Fernwood Crescent, Arnos Grove, Barnet, with my then mother Sybil Celia King/Kirkham.
My mother Sybil and father Alfred were married in Barnet in 1955, but divorced in 1967. They had two other children (sisters) Delia and Dawn, and our names were changed from Kirkham to Jeffers from that date, but no reasons were given or found.
If anybody or any known relatives could assist me in searching for Alfred E Kirkham or relatives of K Valentine, or Alfred John Kirkham I would be very grateful.
