Police investigating the murder of Andrew Jaipaul have charged another man in connection with the killing.

Tony Walker, 20, of Hazellville Road, Archway, was today charged with the murder of the 21-year-old on the Andover Estate, off Hornsey Road, Holloway, as well as violent disorder and conspiracy to cause grievous bodily harm.

Mr Jaipaul, a painter and decorator from Finsbury Park, died from multiple stab wounds at the scene of the incident, on June 26, 2011.

Six men were jailed last month for their part in the killing, and a further five await trial for violent disorder in connection with the attack.
