Arrest made after road rage baseball bat attack in Holloway Road

Shocked commuters witnessed a huge road rage punch-up in the middle of Holloway Road this morning – during which a man was attacked with a baseball bat.

Police were called to the area near the Tube station at 8.30am and one man was arrested on suspicion of causing actual bodily harm.

He has been taken to a police station and is in custody.

Witnesses said the brawl involved cyclists and people in vans and cars.

Officers are still investigating what happened.
