Police in Islington are growing increasingly concerned over George Michael, 83, who went missing yesterday afternoon.

Mr Michael, who suffers from severe dementia, was last seen at about 4.45pm in the area close to Angel tube station.

He is described as a slim, black male, 5ft 8ins tall and was wearing a black hat, black jacket, black shoes and carrying a brown walking stick.

Officers say they are increasingly concerned for his wellbeing and would urge anyone with information on his whereabouts to call police on 101 or Missing People on 116000.
