LA appeal for cash to make documentary on Holloway producer

A film crew from Los Angeles is asking for cash to help finish a Joe Meek documentary.
Susan Stahman and Howard Berger from PalmDoor Films have launched a donation website to raise the minimum $40,000 they need to complete A Life in the Death of Joe Meek.
The pair have worked on the film for nine years, funding everything out of their own pockets, and have travelled across Britain and the US to interview more than 70 friends, colleagues or fans of the famous producer, including members of Led Zepellin and Yes,Asia.
Now they have run out of money and need help to complete the project.
More than $17,000 has already been pledged via the website – but if they don’t reach their target by October 16 all the money is refunded.
Anyone pledging more than $10 gets a gift, including signed DVDs of the film when it’s released. To get involved, visit: http://kck.st/SyKsgd.
