A suspect has been accused of killing a man who died in hospital after he was found unconscious in the street.

Leroy English, 35, of Hornsey Road, Holloway, was due to appear at Highbury Corner Magistrates’ Court today charged with the manslaughter of Matthew Fallon.

Mr Fallon, 45, was found in Isledon Road, Holloway, last Tuesday at about 7.50pm. He was taken to hospital with a head injury but died on Thursday.

He was originally thought to be from Tottenham, but police now say he was living in Isledon Road.
