Man stabbed in failed Archway iPod robbery

A man is recovering in hospital after being stabbed in a vicious attack by three youths who tried to snatch his iPod.
The 34-year-old was attacked in the early hours of Tuesday (June 21), at around 12.55am, as he waited for a bus in Junction Road, Archway.
He was punched and stabbed after refusing to hand his iPod over to the three suspects, who had gone up to him and asked to see it.
The culprits, who are thought to be aged between 13 and 16, then ran off empty handed along Bickerton Road.
The victim suffered a puncture wound to his lower back as well as cuts and bruises. He remains in a stable condition at an east London hospital.
