Police called to armed brawl in Islington market

A teenage boy was left bleeding after an alleged armed brawl in an Islington market yesterday
Police were called to Chapel Market at around 3.30pm to reports of a scrap involving a group of people using weapons.
When they arrived officers didn’t find anyone fighting but did see a large crowd of people gathered, who told police the group had run off towards nearby Tolpuddle Street
One witness led officers to a 16-year-old boy, who had a cut to his lip, fingers and a shoulder injury. He declined first aid.
The suspect is black, between 25 to 30 years old, 5 ft 6 ins in height and was wearing a grey top.
No one was arrested and no weapons were found.
An investigation is ongoing.
