A man is in a serious condition after he was knifed in a fight at the weekend.
The 21-year-old was found stabbed in Sidings Mews, Holloway, in the early hours of Sunday and taken to an east London hospital, where his condition is believed to be serious but not life threatening.
Police were called at about 12.45am to reports of a brawl.
A second man, believed to be 18, was found at an address in nearby Rixon Street with minor injuries. He was treated at hospital before being arrested, and has been bailed to return to police at a later date.
A spokeswoman for Islington Police said: “Officers from Islington are investigating, and retain an open mind with regard to the motive.”
