An epileptic Highbury man who has been undergoing chemotherapy has been missing since Monday.
Solomon Nicholson, 40, requires daily medication to prevent him having a seizure and was last seen at home on Monday at 9pm.
His family say his disappearance is completely out of character and are extremely concerned for his welfare.
Mr Nicholson also requires tablets for chemotherapy treatment.
He is described as white, 6ft tall of broad build. He has blonde hair on his head, is bald on top and was wearing a dark green waterproof jacket, gardening boots and a flat cap when last seen.
Officers are keen to hear from anyone who may have seen him or who has information on his whereabouts.
Anyone with information should contact police in Islington on 101 or call or text the Missing People charity on 116 000.
