A SUSPECTED burglar suffered severe spinal injuries after he fell from a third floor roof during broad daylight.
The 35-year-old was on top of a building in Elizabeth Avenue, Islington, at 12.12pm on Friday when he slipped and plunged to the floor.
He was rushed to hospital by ambulance and with serious injuries to his spine and lower limbs.
Paramedics called police to the scene and the man was arrested and bailed until March 22.
Detectives are still investigating the circumstances surrounding the fall.
