A 16-YEAR-OLD boy is lucky to be alive after he was stabbed in the chest in the early hours of New Year’s Day.

The blade narrowly missed the victim’s heart, but miraculously he has already been released from hospital and is expected to make a full recovery.

He was found collapsed in Seven Sisters Road, Holloway, at 3.35am on January 1 as a large group of people looked on. Paramedics rushed him to hospital for treatment but police are still unclear about what happened and where exactly the boy was attacked.

Anyone with information should call Detective Constable Bridget Neal on 020 7421 0294 or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
