A man has been charged following the Finsbury Park terrorist attack.
Darren Osborne, 47, of Cardiff, was today charged with terrorism related murder and attempted murder in connection with the attack in Seven Sisters Road at about 12.20am.
Osborne has been remanded in custody to appear at Westminster Magistrates’ Court this afternoon.
Makram Ali, 51, died in the attack, in which a van ploughed into worshippers who had been praying at Muslim Welfare House. Two people remain in critical condition and nine others were hurt.
Yesterday, one of the victims, Yassin Hersi, told the Gazette how he was the last person to speak to Mr Ali, who had collapsed minutes before the attack. Read his account here.
