TWO women from Finsbury Park have appeared in court in connection with a graffiti attack on the treasury.
Sally Cole, 26, and Jennifer Sherriff, 24, both of Finsbury Park Road, were arrested in a dawn raid last month along with political campaigner Tamsin Omond, 26.
They were charged with criminal damage after allegedly stencilling the face of the chancellor George Osborne along with an offensive slogan on the walls of the treasury, the day before the budget was announced March 23.
The trio were bailed to return to the City of Westminster magistrates court on April 19.
