A charity that helps carers or those with learning difficulties has been given almost £300,000.
Centre 404, in Camden Road, Holloway, received £290,0999 from the Big Lottery Fund to help older carers.
Alison Rowe, Big Lottery Fund head for London, said: “Family carers are rarely seen or heard whilst they focus their lives on supporting their loved ones. It is great to see Lottery funding recognising their dedication to their family members by providing them with essential support, particularly during key changes in their lives such as getting older.”
