ISLINGTON has been ranked 10th in a list of London’s most expensive boroughs.
The National Housing Federation’s Home Truths survey found that Islington’s average house price of 415,000 is 14 times higher than the average annual income of its residents.
Houses in neighbouring Camden are even less affordable, at 19 times the yearly salary of its inhabitants.
Only Kensington and Chelsea and Westminster ranked above Camden.
