An Islington man has been charged in connection with a £20million heroin ring.
Emra Kosmaz, 39, of the Bemerton Estate, off Caledonian Road, is charged with conspiracy to supply class A drugs after police found 48kg of the substance during an operation.
Kosmaz, along with six co-defendants, is being held in custody and will appear at Woolwich Crown Court on October 15.
