A man accused of murdering a university lecturer in Holloway will go on trial on October 10.
Jeroen Ensink, 41, senior lecturer in public health engineering at the London School of Hygiene & Tropical Medicine, was stabbed to death outside his Hilldrop Crescent home on December 27. It was just 10 days after he became a father with his wife, Nadja.
The trial date for 23-year-old Femi Nandap, of Pett Street, Woolwich, was fixed after an Old Bailey hearing today.
