Unmanned surveillance aircraft spotted above Emirates - suspect set for court appearance
A man accused of flying a drone plane over an Arsenal versus Tottenham derby match is set to appear in court
Nigel Wilson, 42, will be charged with flying a small unmanned surveillance aircraft over a congested area - the Emirates - when the Gunners drew 1-1 with Spurs on September 27 2014.
He is due at Westminster Magistrates Court on April 16, to answer to the alleged offence, which contravenes the Air Navigation Order 2009.
