A MAN has been charged with affray and possession of a knife after a fight yesterday (Wednesday) afternoon.
Scott McGuire, 28, Stamford Street, Southwark, was charged in connection with an incident outside Sapperton Court, in Gee Street, Finsbury, at around 3.15pm.
Witnesses told police a man had been stabbed – but the victim had disappeared by the time officers got to the scene.
A London Ambulance Service spokeswoman said: “We were called at 3.15pm to reports of a stabbing on Gee Street. We sent one ambulance crew but there were no patients.”
Mr McGuire was due to appear at Highbury Corner Magistrates Court this morning.
