Paul Williams, 61, of no fixed abode was on the evening of Thursday, October 8, charged with preventing lawful burial.
He will appear in custody at Highbury Magistrates’ Court tomorrow, Friday, October 9.
Sebastiano Magnanini’s body was recovered from the canal on Thursday, 24 September.
A 22-year-old man remains in custody.
