A man was attacked in a hotel room in the early hours of this morning.
Police and medics were called to the Holloway Hotel, a few doors down from the Holloway Road Mosque, just after 5.20am.
The victim, believed to be in his 30s, was taken to hospital with facial injuries. Scotland Yard said his condition was not life-threatening.
The hotel and neighbouring businesses were taped off by officers this morning.
No arrests have been made and police are still making enquiries.
