‘Murderer’ laughed at teen girl Hoxton takeaway death
Alleged murderer joked about ‘funny’ death of Agnes Sina-Inakoju, court hears.
A Gang member accused of shooting dead a teenage girl in a takeaway shop laughed about the killing, a court heard.
Leon Dunkley and Mohammed Smoured, both 22 and of Hackney, are accused of murdering Agnes Sina-Inakoju, 16, of St Brelades Court, De Beauvoir estate, in April last year.
Agnes was shot with a sub-machine gun through the window of Hoxton Chicken and Pizza in Hoxton Street on April 14. She died two days later.
Dunkley is accused of firing the fatal shot and Smoured of being the lookout.
The Old Bailey heard that Smoured was seen laughing about the killing by a teen who was often used by the gang, the London Fields Boys, as a gun runner.
Jurors heard he had been ordered to wear the jacket Dunkley wore when he allegedly pulled the trigger.

When officers arrested him on drugs matters and discovered the jacket he told them what he knew.
Prosecutor Simon Denison QC said: “He said that a few days after the murder he heard Smoured talking about it.
“He said they were laughing about it and Smoured said something about someone being shot in the neck and said the way they dropped was funny.”
The teen said the shooting was a revenge attack on the Hoxton Boys after another London Fields Boy was beaten up a few days earlier.
