Obsessed Hannah Montana fan from Tufnell Park admits child porn charges
An obsessed fan who changed his name to Hannah Montana to honour his idol is facing a jail sentence after he was caught with child porn on his computer.
Montana, who is also known as Daniel Cullinane, today pleaded guilty to having 283 vile images, including one at the highest level of severity.
The balding 26-year-old, of Junction Road, Tufnell Park, spoke only to enter guilty pleas to 17 counts of possessing indecent photographs of a child.
He was arrested after the stash was discovered on his computer in September 2010.
The fictional Hannah Montana is the lead character in a Disney Channel TV show and leads a double life in which by day she poses as a normal teenager but by night is a famous singer.

The role is played by 18-year-old Miley Cyrus, the daughter of Achey Breaky Heart singer Billy Ray Cyrus.
Remanding Montana on conditional bail ahead of his next appearance, Judge Murray Shanks said: “You have pleaded guilty to all these offences and you will be dealt with for them on June 28.

“There’s a danger you will be serving a custodial sentence because of the seriousness of some of these images.”
Montana is due to be sentenced on June 28.
