Police raided two homes in Islington this morning and arrested two people over a smash and grab at the Apple store in Regent Street last month.

Moped crooks stole iPhones, iPads and watches in the robbery during the early hours of November 13.

This morning officers from Westminster’s crime and gang units swooped on two addresses and arrested a 17-year-old boy and a 27-year-old man on suspicion of conspiracy to steal. Both have been taken in for questioning.

Police are still investigating the robbery.

Anyone with information can contact 101 and ask for Westminster Crime Squad on extension 747793, or call Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
