A charity which provides deprived women with interview clothes to help them back into work is holding a designer sale this weekend.

Due to soaring popularity, the Dress for Success sale is being held off site for the first time this year at St Stephen’s Church in Canonbury Road, Canonbury.

A mixture of high street and couture clothes – new, second hand and vintage pieces in shoes, bags and jewellery – will all be on offer to the discerning bargain hunter. Designer labels will include Victoria Beckham, Marni, Valentino and Alexander McQueen at the event on Saturday from 11am to 5pm.

Louise Mann, office manager of Dress for Success, said: “We keep the prices low so that everyone can access the fantastic range of clothing and accessories we have on offer. The sale has grown in size over the last four years so this year is the first time we’ll be holding it off-site.”

A cover of £2 will be charged with all profits going back to the charity. Visit www.dressforsuccess.org.uk for more.
