The teenagers of Islington have the perfect opportunity to do something different this summer.

Islington Council’s “Summerversity” is back, with 32 different programmes across 24 venues. Even better, they are all free.

The programmes range from fencing classes at Arts and Media School Islington, in Finsbury Park, to documentary film-making at Lift Youth Hub in White Lion Street.

An Islington spokesperson said: “Summerversity is back with a hot line-up of activities and opportunities on offer for you and all your friends, making Islington the best place to be this summer. Join in the fun, make new friends and learn new skills – all for free.”

All activities are available on a first come, first served basis for people aged between 13 and 16 and go to school in Islington. For a full programme and booking information, visit izzy-info.com
