Drama students took over Angel Station in support of Oxfam Bookfest.
Tube users were greeted with readings of books chosen by a team of four students from The Royal Academy of Dramatic Art and The London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art.
Eliza Butterworth (pictured) read from a favourite childhood classic The Twits by Roald Dahl. She said: “It’s a delightful book anyone can enjoy.”
Bookfest is an annual initiative, now in its fourth year, which celebrates the role books play in people’s lives, and the impact buying a book from Oxfam can have on the life of those in poverty.
