A Roquefort Rousseau is heading to Islington today (Thursday) to show her artistic flare with an unusual medium ahead of national cheese week.
Food artist Faye Halliday will be set up shop in the N1 Shopping Centre, in Parkfield Street, to demonstrate her skill with Stilton by painting various celebrities using nothing but cheese.
While Ms Halliday uses squeezy fromage to create caricatures of Justin Brie-ber, Lady Gouda and Ched-ward, shoppers can pose next to the paintings an possibly win a years supply of cheesy comestibles.
National Cheese Week runs from September 24 to October 2.
