TOTTENHAM Hotspur star Jermaine Jenas and actor Roger Lloyd Pack are supporting an Islington school which is trying to raise cash to help children with disabilities.
The 27-year-old Spurs midfielder and the Only Fools and Horses star - who lives in Tufnell Park - have given their backing to the Bridge School in Carleton Road, Holloway, which has launched an appeal to raise �1million in two years.
The school, which caters for young people with learning difficulties and complex special needs, plans to use the money to pay for various projects.
The new campaign, called Go For It, was due to be launched at the school on Tuesday. .
Mr Jenas said: “I know the importance education has on a child and how sometimes ambition and aspirations with children are not always achieved. I fully support the work of the Bridge School in improving the life chances of children with learning disabilities.”
