A night of burlesque and slightly camp Hallowe’en entertainment heading for Islington on Wednesday.

The Rocky Horror Picture Show, one of the best-known audience participation films on the planet, is on the big screen from 8pm at Vue, in the N1 Centre on Parkfield Street.

The story is a risque parody of the horror B-movie featuring the songs and always encourages outrageous costumes among the legions of die-hard fans that make up the audience. For those of a more serious horror persuasion, the classic slasher flick Halloween will be showing the same night.
