Wise men, donkeys, angels and shepherds were all in full voice at Sacred Heart Catholic Primary School in George’s Road, Holloway, on Monday.
Around 60 parents packed into the hall to watch the children’s nativity performance.
The nursery and reception classes were resplendent in costume as they told the classic Christian tale.
The kids sang and acted as the chronicles unfolded of wise men following a star, the lack of room at the inn and a baby born in a stable.
Head teacher John Lane said: “The children and staff have worked extremely hard preparing for our wonderful nativity play which the whole school community thoroughly enjoyed.”
