Islington shoppers to get a helping hand from scouts

SHOPPERS at Sainsbury’s Islington will get a pair of helping hands at the check-outs on Sunday - from a group of young scouts.

Members of the 201st Islington Scout Group will be packing up shopping at the store in Liverpool Road in return for donations.

Store Manager Richard Newman said: “Sainsbury’s Islington is very much part of the local community and we are delighted we can help the Scout group to continue their work with the young people in the local area.”
