Islington Green Party named and shamed "the worst polluters" in Upper Street after carrying out a survey.
The Greens claimed the two worst offenders were Borders bookshop and Foxtons estate agents. Both promised to change but Foxtons is still lit up.
After the first survey a Foxtons spokeswoman said: "Our lights should be turned off and we are in the process of rolling this out."
Two months later 12 TVs and lights are still left on. Michael Coffey, who carried out the survey, said: "It is a case of same old same old."
But Mr Coffey praised firms that have changed their ways, including Borders and Anthony Garfield estate agents.
A Foxtons spokeswoman said: "Our lights are now programmed to switch off approximately one hour after the last person has left. The screens are hardwired to the company system and require a specific timer which we have now installed.
"Foxtons have engaged a consultant to assess the company's carbon output.
